All students are required to follow the following steps of enrollment procedures.

Step 1: Academic Inquiries

Students can get academic information from our receptionists regarding available course levels, course books, tuition and fees, teachers; support staff, academic support services, and other useful information. In case students wish to know more about academic curriculum, they can meet students’ counselors or the school principal.

Step 2: English Placement Test (EPT) (For English Students Only)

Once students are interested in the Westline School’s English programs, they must first sit in for an English Placement Test (EPT) which costs USD1 and is refunded upon students’ registration. EPT usually takes approximately 45 minutes with paper-based testing and 30 minutes with computer-based testing.

Step 3: Interview and Academic Counseling

After students finish the test, they can know their result and the English level they will start learning at the Westline School in 15 minutes later. The students’ counselor will interview the students and explain them more details about the academic curriculum of their starting level such as course objectives, course emphasis, textbooks, classroom activities, and non-curricular activities.

Step 4: Making Application

When students decide to register in their assigned level, they must complete the application form available at the reception. The application package costs USD2 and is composed of the following items:

  • Student’s Background
  • Application Form
  • Student’s Identification Card
  • Student’s Health Record
  • Health Insurance Form
  • School Handbook
  • Term Calendar

Note: Students need to submit their birth certificate (for kindergarten and grade 1), or an academic attestation from students’ previous school to the school reception. Every student is also required to attach two 4x6 photos and two 3x4 photos in the application form.

Step 5: Registration and Payment

The completed application package must be submitted to the reception during the registration; and the registration shall be done with the receptionists before the class starts.

Students need to pay for both tuition and fees; and payment at the Westline School is normally done through cash in Riel or US dollars. The school can also accept payment via money transfer, by check, and by bank account transfer. Bank charges and commissions for both the sending and receiving banks are paid by the student.

Refunds will only be made to the students when there is any inconvenience caused by the school.

In August each year, tuition and fees usually increase by inflation. Notice of this change will be given in advance.

Note: The school will charge $US1 more for 1 day late payment.

Please consult List of the school’s tuition and fees for more information.
